About the Auxiliary
The Greater Manassas Volunteer Rescue Squad (GMVRS) Auxiliary is an organization that directly supports the activities and operations of the GMVRS with various fund-raisers and functions. Although we work hand-in-hand with the volunteer members and career staff, we do not assist them in direct operational capacity. Our efforts are to better enable the volunteer members and career staff to perform their jobs by providing funding and other supporting services. We have monthly meetings and all members work one bingo session a month supporting the kitchen staff. We are looking to make our membership grow so that we may be able to better provide more support to our crews.

If you would like to join the GMVRS Auxiliary, please feel free to stop by the station on any second Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM for one of our business meetings. We are always looking for new people to help our organziation grow.
